Well-Being and Relaxation

​During this time, we all need to take extra care of ourselves and the people around us by staying healthy, active and connected to our loved ones. The HSE have advised 5 ways in which we can do this:

There are a number of ways in which we can help children to maintain positive well-being, such as mindful colouring, journaling, yoga and fun simple games. Have a look at some of the suggestions posted below and feel free to engage in one or two of these activities during the weeks ahead.

Wellness Jounal
The Wellness Journal provides children with an opportunity to express themselves and record their feelings and thoughts throughout this time. It can be used as a one off exercise or as a daily activity.
